Shipping & Return Policy

We typically process orders within 2-5 business days of receipt. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We primarily use USPS for domestic shipping and typically ship out orders 2-5 business days after processing. For international shipping, we may use DHL and typically ship out orders 10-30 business days after processing. These estimated days do not include custom orders. You will receive shipping information for your custom order within your invoice or via email.

Orders may take longer to arrive due to orders being placed during the holiday season. Please plan your orders accordingly to avoid these delays. 

All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we do offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
